General

Ekto Themes retains all intellectual property rights to our themes. You are not permitted to distribute, duplicate, or make our themes available to others, nor to resell them in their original form or in a modified version.

Licenses

Our licenses outline how you can use Ekto Themes. Choose between the Regular License for a single website or the Bundle License for multiple sites, ensuring flexibility to meet your needs.

  1. Regular License

    • You may use the purchased theme for a single end product.
    • The theme can be installed on one domain only.
    • Installing the theme in a staging environment is permitted.
    • To use the theme on multiple websites, you must purchase additional licenses or opt for the Bundle License.

  2. Bundle License

    • The Bundle License allows the use of all themes on unlimited Ghost websites.
    • Licenses are available for individuals or agencies. Choose the appropriate option during purchase.

Delivery

All themes are sold and delivered through Gumroad.com. After completing your order:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a download link.
  • Downloads are also available in your Gumroad account.

Updates

Ekto Themes provides free updates during the theme’s commercial lifespan. Updates may include:

  • Bug fixes and improvements.
  • New features.
  • Compatibility updates for Ghost CMS.

Each update comes with detailed instructions to help you apply changes to your current installation.

Support

We offer 12 months of free support for all themes purchased. This is the longest support period available in the Ghost CMS community.

✓ What Support Covers:

  • Assistance with theme functionality.
  • Help configuring theme features.
  • Resolving bugs or technical issues related to the theme.

✗ What Support Does Not Cover:

  • Customization or modification of themes (e.g., CSS changes).
  • Manual installation of updates.
  • Setting up Ghost CMS or addressing server issues.

If your support license expires, you will still receive free updates and can continue using the theme. However, extending your license is required for advanced support.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

After a Refund:

  • You will lose access to the theme and future updates.
  • You must uninstall the theme and discontinue its use.

Refunds are only available for purchases made directly from Ekto Themes. If you purchased a theme through a third party, their refund policies apply.

Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program is managed by Gumroad.com. By joining, you agree to:

  • Avoid misleading or deceptive links.
  • Not purchase products through your affiliate links.
  • Accept adjustments to commissions for refunds or fraudulent activity.

Payments are made weekly for balances exceeding $10.

Pricing

Ekto Themes reserves the right to change product prices or discontinue themes at any time without notice.

Compatibility

All themes are designed exclusively for use with Ghost CMS (Ghost.org).

Warranties

We guarantee that our themes:

  • Are developed to industry standards.
  • Are compatible with major modern browsers, including Firefox, Safari, Chrome, Edge, Arc, Brave and Opera.
  • Have undergone thorough quality testing.

In cases where specific browser limitations exist, we provide reasonable alternatives to ensure functionality.

Custom Work

Ekto Themes does not currently offer paid customization or custom development services. For custom work, consider contacting Ghost Experts ↗.

Changes
